Service

HappyToken provides metered multimodal API access (vision, video, speech, embeddings) through an OpenAI-compatible interface. Text-only chat routing is performed locally on your machine and is outside HappyToken's control; prompts attached to multimodal requests are processed by HappyToken.

Fair use

Requests are subject to per-ability concurrency controls, per-key rate limits, upload limits and per-plan quotas. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, including attempts to bypass those controls.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Quotas reset each billing period. A request accepted before the quota is exhausted may finish and cross the displayed limit without an overage charge; later requests are rejected until the next reset.
